What happens if I don’t show up?

If you don’t show up and haven’t canceled ahead of time, the rental company marks your booking as a no-show.

That usually means:

• The car will be released for someone else
• You may be charged the full rental amount
• Refunds are typically not available

We always recommend contacting us or the supplier if something unexpected happens. Even short notice is better than no notice.
